In an effort to better serve you, the Instructional Technology Department is now accepting online requests for multimedia and audio-visual equipment. Just complete the information below to make your request. Although every effort will be made to fulfill your request, those requests that are not submitted with at least 24 hours advance notice cannot be guaranteed.

Please be aware that room reservations are completed on a P32 and submitted to the division in charge for that particular area. Non academic rooms in the J building go to Vicki Phillips. Reservations for the Cavalier Arena go to Leslie.Smith, and Theater requests should be scheduled through the Theater Manager deborah.lissgreen @ darton. edu
